Vice President/Operations
Business to Business Sales Agent
The position will be responsible for marketing our services and computer products to small and medium businesses by:
- Travel from home office to customer locations for presentations,
- Solicit business and follow up on business opportunities,
- Present computer network solutions, explain basic product features and benefits to client base,
- Quote prices and prepare service contracts, statements of work and keep records of business expenses,
- Communicate forms of payments and discuss service offers,
- Compile and maintain list of prospective customers for purpose of:
a)expanding customer base,
b) develop new accounts,
c) initiate mail and telephone contacts,
d) secure initial appointments and conduct primary needs analysis when necessary,
e) assist with the design and development of marketing materials and strategies, - Participate in sales planning sessions and create new channels for generating new business sales,
- Travel to customer locations (new and existing) to explain services and product specifications to create solutions based on client’s needs assessment and services required,
- Solicit orders, maintain high level of customer service for assigned accounts and follow up with current and potential clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services offered.
Work continually towards firm’s goals and initiatives individually and as part of a team. Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, fellow staff members and management.
The successful candidate will have outside sales experience and PC and Networking knowledge. Candidates should be familiar with computers and related software and hardware.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from clients in order to sell our products and services either in person or on the telephone,
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and possess strong customer service skills,
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills,
- The ability to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships with fellow staff members, clients, and others encountered during the course of business day is crucial for success of this position and our business.
Ground travel will be required to visit clients and attend meetings.
Graphic/Web Designer/Web Developer
Qualifications:
- BA, BFA or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Computer Graphics, Multimedia, or Illustration.
- Demonstrated excellence in graphic design skills and a high degree of innovation excellent analytic thinking and creative problem solving skills for visual information design; strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills; the ability to function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to produce high-quality graphics in a fast-paced work environment under high priority deadlines.
- Proficiency with state-of-the-art software to produce accurate and innovative graphic design.
- Absolute knowledge of standardized / validated WC3 code.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and integrate new tools and technologies to meet customer needs.
- Must be proficent with: Validated XHTML, PHP, Java, .NET, ASP, SQL, AJAX, FLASH, Action Scripts, Adobe Photoshop or GIMP, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign; Microsoft PowerPoint; Macromedia Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash; and Director.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Adobe Premiere or Cubecart, X-Cart, OS Commerce a plus.
